Leaking taps and mixers

A dripping tap wastes more water than most people think, and it usually gets worse. Older taps often need a new washer or seat, while mixers usually need a new cartridge. If the tap is worn out or you're after a change, we'll fit a new one.

Running and leaking cisterns

A cistern that keeps running, refills on its own or leaks at the base is wasting water around the clock. Most of the time it's the inlet valve, the outlet seal or the button mechanism, and it's a quick fix.

If water is leaking where the toilet meets the floor or the wall, call us sooner rather than later. That can get into the floor and the unit below.

Flusherettes in older buildings

Some older buildings still have gravity flusherette toilets that flush straight off a header tank or a large supply pipe. They need someone who knows how they work. We repair them, or talk you through replacing them. More on our heritage plumbing page.

Replacements and new suites

We replace taps, mixers, cisterns and full toilet suites, and connect the ones you've bought yourself if you'd like.

Homes and real estate agents

For property managers, send the work order with the tenant's details and we'll book in with them directly. The invoice comes back with your work order number on it.

There's no call out fee, and you get a fixed price before we start.
