Built around your building
No two buildings are the same. A 1930s walk up with cast iron stacks needs different attention to a newer block with a basement carpark and a central hot water plant. We look at the building first, then set up a program that covers what actually goes wrong there.

What a program can cover
- Drain jetting and camera checks of stacks and sewer lines
- Stormwater pits and grates cleared and checked
- Pump, float switch and alarm checks
- Hot water plant checks
- A yearly written condition report for the committee
A yearly report for the committee
Once a year you get a written condition report with photos: what we checked, what we found, what needs doing now and what's coming up. It gives the committee something solid to plan and budget around, and it's useful when the building is up for its next big repair.
Why planned work saves trouble
Most plumbing emergencies in unit blocks build up over time. Stacks slowly fill with fat and roots, pits silt up, pumps wear out and hot water plant ages. Catching them on a schedule means fewer call outs, fewer upset residents and fewer insurance claims.

Common questions
What's included in a maintenance program?
It depends on the building. Usually drain jetting and camera checks of the stacks and sewer lines, stormwater pits and grates, pump checks, hot water plant checks and a yearly written report.
How often do you visit?
It's set for each building, based on what it has and what tends to go wrong there. We'll suggest a schedule after we've looked at it.
What's in the yearly report?
What we checked, what we found, photos, what needs doing now and what's coming up, written for the committee.
Can you take over from our current plumber?
Yes. We'll look at the building, review any history you have, and set up a program from there.
Do you still attend emergencies for buildings on a program?
Yes. We answer 24/7, and knowing the building already helps when something does go wrong.
